Breakfast at home. A pause between meetings. Something bright after a walk. A good smoothie starts with ingredients you enjoy and a blend that suits your day.
01 / KEEP IT SIMPLE
A few ingredients. Plenty of possibility.
Start with fruit you like, add a liquid and adjust until the texture feels right.
02 / FIND YOUR FLAVOUR
Sweet. Sharp. Something green.
Balance softer flavours with berries, citrus or a small handful of leaves.
03 / BLEND YOUR WAY
Your glass. Your kind of good.
Use the quantities below as a starting point. Taste, adjust and make it yours.
THE RECIPE EDIT
Three blends. One easy starting point.
Recipes for an ordinary kitchen blender. Follow your blender’s instructions and add liquid gradually.
Berry bright
1 banana · 80 g strawberries · 150 ml milk or a suitable alternative
Blend until smooth. Add a little more liquid if needed. Use fresh fruit if your blender is not designed for frozen ingredients.
Mango mellow
100 g ripe mango · ½ banana · 150 ml water
Peel the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Blend with the water, then adjust the texture to taste.
A little green
1 small banana · ½ ripe pear · a small handful of spinach · 180 ml water
Wash the spinach and pear, remove the pear core and blend with the banana and water.
The secret is in the small things.
Liquid first. Small pieces. A quick taste before you pour. Check your blender’s instructions for ingredient limits, cleaning and safe use.
